Dissertations

One of the special features of our Fellowship program is that many of our Fellowships come with a doctoral position. This doctoral student works on the Fellowship project, is supervised jointly by the Fellow and his or her host at TUM, and often spends extended periods of time at the international Fellow’s home institution. We are proud that, as part of the work in the IAS Focus Groups, numerous doctoral theses have been published over the years, covering an impressive range of topics.
