Raziye Tekin graduated from Istanbul Technical University as a Control Engineer in 2006. Since then, she has been working in the defense industry as a guidance and control engineer. She is now with Roketsan Inc. as a Technical Lead. She has her master’s degree from Middle East Technical University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ankara (2010). She has her doctoral degree at Technical University of Munich with the thesis title “A New Design Framework for Impact Time Control”. She also has her Associate Professor title from Turkey. She has been to German Aerospace Center as a researcher for robust autopilot design. Her research has been used in applications across aerospace sciences.
In the academic domain, she is the co-chair of European Guidance, Navigation and Control Technical Committee (TC), and a member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics GNC TC. She is also an associate editor for the IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronics Systems.
