Hans Fischer Senior Fellow Prof. Mathias Senge, holding the Chair of Organic Chemistry at Trinity College Dublin, has received a grant of €2,649,497 through Research Ireland’s Research Infrastructure Program. The awards granted under this program are intended to contribute to the advancement of high-quality and high-impact research activities across Ireland. The NMR Centre of Expertise, led by Prof. Mathias Senge and representing a critical infrastructure for exploring molecular structures, materials, and drugs, will provide advanced nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques for chemistry research, including a multi-channel 600MHz NMR and a 400MHz instrument for high-throughput analyses.
