We are very pleased to announce that 14 new faces have joined the ranks of the TUM-IAS Fellows! This time, the majority of our new Anna Boyksen, Hans Fischer, Hans Fischer Senior, and Rudolf Diesel Industry Fellows come from European countries –for the first time, we are looking forward to welcoming Fellows from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland and Sweden. The Fellows will be hosted by nine different departments located at the TUM campuses of Garching and Freising as well as the main campus in the city of Munich and the Rechts der Isar hospital. Two Fellowships for scientists specialized in the fields of Simulation and Digital Twin and Future of Autonomous Systems and Robotics have again been financed by the Siemens AG. One of the Hans Fischer Senior Fellows will work in the Cluster of Excellence e-conversion.
