TUM IAS Fellow Prof. Ronit Kark and the Chair of Research and Science Management (Prof. Claudia Peus) will be hosting a workshop on "Allyship in Action: Building Inclusive Workplaces" on June 5, 2025, at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) as part of the TUM Diversity Month 2025. The interactive workshop will explore the concept of allyship in professional and academic environments, including discussions on male allyship, alongside other forms of allyship.
👥 💬 Through discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will deepen their understanding of privilege, bias, and practical strategies to building inclusive workplaces.
🤝 🌱 The session aims to create a safe and constructive space for reflection, dialogue, and skill-building, empowering participants to encourage allyship in their organizations and become effective allies themselves.
