Women in Science: Workshop Invitation
We cordially invite you to our final workshop of the WISTUM project.
WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ABOUT? — Over the last year, we have developed a digital game on the topic of "Women in Science". This game is part of a game series called "play x discuss." During the workshop we reflect on the project and are excited to play the latest sessions of the game together. We value your active participation and are eager to discover/ discuss/gather insights/perspectives/feedback for the next phases of the game development.
WHAT IS PLAY x DISCUSS? — “Play x Discuss: Women in Science” is a “co-op story-driven discussion game” focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with an emphasis on women in science. The game allows a group of players to experience the stories of inspiring individuals. Within these narratives, players engage with common DEI topics to become aware of current societal situations and learn from them

WHO IS INVITED? — The workshop is aimed at young scientists at the beginning of their academic career (bachelor studies - doctoral studies.)
HOW TO REGISTER? — Register for free here. Workshop seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration includes a free lunch and coffee on the day of the workshop. If no more places are available, consider registering for the waiting list. We may open up additional spots in the future.
Each participant needs a laptop and a mobile device for the workshop. If you do not have a device, you can still register, but please inform us that you will need one. We will send you detailed information about the workshop a few days before it takes place
