NST Awardee Lord Stern interviewed by the Bayerischer Rundfunk

Lord Nicholas Stern (Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science) recently received the Award supported by the Nobel Sustainability Trust Foundation (NST) in Leadership in Implementation. Lord Stern was selected by a panel of international researchers, entrepreneurs and TUM professors under the supervision of TUM-IAS. 

On the occasion of the Award Ceremony on November 9, 2023 at the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities in Munich, Lord Stern warned about the high costs of climate inaction and called for an increase in the use of renewable energies until 2030 as well as for more investments in power grid infrastructures.
