Laura Herz, Professor for Physics at Oxford Universiy and IAS Hans Fischer Senior Fellow, has been awarded the Environment, Sustainability & Energy Division mid-career Prize of the Royal Society of Chemistry. She is honored for her pioneering work advancing the development of solar cells through fundamental understanding of electronic, structural and chemical properties of next-generation light-harvesting materials.
